Daniel Guerin, Warehouse Supervisor

In 2016, Daniel began his journey with Tricel as a summer student on the Press Floor. Recognizing his potential, Tricel welcomed him back the following year as a full-time General Operator, allowing him to gain valuable experience across multiple production departments, including the Press Floor, Environment, and Stores. In 2018 Tricel further supported Daniel’s professional growth when he was successfully accepted onto the Tricel apprenticeship programme which led to Daniel completing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering while continuing to gain his experience in the workplace. In 2023, Tricel continued to invest in Daniel’s development through a secondment to Tricel Weston as a Manufacturing Engineer to assist the Manufacturing Team. The secondment was originally planned for a 3-month period however this was extended to 20 months due to his contributions. During this time, he worked on various projects across production areas, provided significant support to the Tricel Weston team, and played a key role in driving substantial improvements within the factory. Daniel has now returned to Tricel Killarney to take up a management position as Warehouse Supervisor.
