This programme, offered by Tricel, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance solutions, aims to bridge the gap between classroom education and real-world industry practices.<\/p><p>Participants in the TY Programme have the opportunity to engage in hands-on projects, gain insights into various aspects of the manufacturing and business sectors, and develop essential skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking. The programme is structured to inspire students, broaden their horizons, and prepare them for future career paths by exposing them to the dynamic environment of a successful multinational company.<\/p><p>Overall, the Tricel TY Programme is a valuable experience for students looking to enhance their educational journey and gain a competitive edge in their future endeavors.<\/p><p>TY programme offers students exposure to the main functions in Tricel. This work experience provides the students with an insight to potential careers and a better understanding of what we do in Tricel. TY positions are available for a 1-week block in February.<\/p><p>During the 1-week block students will gain invaluable hands-on work experience, rotating through some our manufacturing departments. As a TY student at Tricel, students will have the opportunity to meet our teams from various departments such as Marketing, Finance, Health and Safety, Quality, and HR (just to name a few) to explore areas possible career pathways.<\/p><p>Deadline for interest in the programme is in September of each year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
